Randolph County Law Enforcement Youth Camp

RC Youth Leadership Camp is for boys and girls 11-15 years old that live in Randolph County.

Randolph County Youth Leadership Camp is made up of Law Enforcement agencies from Randolph County including Randolph County Sheriffs Dept, Lynn Police Dept, Winchester Police Dept, Union City Police Dept, Farmland Police Dept, and the Indiana DNR. The staff will be comprised of full time road officers, reserve officers, and correction officers with various specialities and training.

Some of the skills that will be experienced include:

• When to follow and when to lead
• Communicating through conflict
• Decision making
• Making priorities as a team
• Team Communication
• Goal setting

Who We Are

Randolph County Youth Leadership is a program for Randolph County kids, a local Randolph County non-profit organization.

Serving Randolph County's youth with leadership skills and positive interaction with Randolph County's Law Enforcement personnel.
