Who We Are
Randolph County Youth Leadership
is a program for Randolph County
kids, a local Randolph County
non-profit organization.
Serving Randolph County's youth
with leadership skills and positive
interaction with Randolph County's
Law Enforcement personnel.
Randolph County Youth Leadership Camp is made up of Law
Enforcement agencies from Randolph County including Randolph
County Sheriffs Dept, Lynn Police Dept, Winchester Police Dept, Union
City Police Dept, Farmland Police Dept, and the Indiana DNR. The
staff will be comprised of full time road officers, reserve officers, and
correction officers with various specialities and training.
Some of the skills that will be experienced include:
- Team Building
- When to follow and when to lead
- Communicating through conflict
- Decision making
- Making priorities as a team
- Team Communication
- Goal setting

1300-1400 Formation and Drill
1400-1500 Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST)
1500-1600 STOPS
1600-1700 K-9 Demo
1700-1800 Dinner
1800-1900 K-9 continued and Taser demo
1900 Load bus for pool party (Winchester Pool)
2130 Head back to camp
2145-2300 Showers, free time, and commissary
2300 Lights out
