Deputy Marshal Jonathan Nicholson, Lynn Police Dept., graduated from Randolph
Southern H.S. in 2000 and continued his education at the University Of Northwestern
Ohio. Deputy Marshal Nicholson was hired in August 2002 and attended the ILEA shortly
after being hired. Deputy Marshal Nicholson graduated from the ILEA class 02-153.
Deputy Marshal Nicholson also completed a 6 week training course at Von der Haus Gill
Kennels where he trained his K-9 "Chief". Deputy Marshal Nicholson has completed
numerous drug and interdiction classes in his career. Deputy Marshal Nicholson is also a
member of the Lynn Fire Dept as 1st Lt. and First Responder for 7 years.

Town Marshal Bradley R. Fisher, Lynn Police Dept., graduated from Randolph Southern
H.S. in 1994 and continued his education at IU East. Marshal Fisher was hired as a
corrections officer at the Randolph Cty. Jail in 1995. Marshal Fisher was hired as a police
officer at the Lynn Police Dept. in 1998 and attended the ILEA shortly after being hired.
Marshal Fisher graduated from the ILEA class 98-134. Marshal Fisher was promoted
from Deputy Marshal to Town Marshal in 2000. Marshal Fisher is also a member of the
Lynn Fire Dept. as 2nd Lt and is a EMT-B for 13 years.
Town Marshal Melvin Nott, Farmland Police Dept. graduated from Monroe Central H.S.
in 1990. Marshal Nott entered the U.S. Army the same year and served 5 years in the
Army, after being Honorably Discharged. Marshal Nott started at the Randolph County
Sheriff's Dept. as a Jail Officer. While working as a Jail Officer Marshal Nott began to
work as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Randolph County Sheriff's Dept. In 1998
Marshal Nott was hired by the Town of Ridgeville as a Police Officer and attended the
ILEA shortly after being hired. Marshal Nott graduated from the ILEA class of 98-135.
Marshal Nott was then hired by the Town of Farmland in 2000 as a Deputy Marshal,
Marshal Nott worked as a Deputy Marshal until the summer of 2007 when he was
promoted to the Town Marshal. Marshal Nott is also a 20 year member of the Farmland
Fire Dept., Marshal Nott is currently the Asst. Fire Chief and holds certification's as a
Firefighter 2 and Instructor 1 as well as a First Responder.

Deputy Sheriff David Baldwin, Randolph County Sheriff's Dept. graduated from
Winchester Community H.S. in 1998 and continued his education at Ball State
graduating with a BS in Criminal Justice and criminology. Deputy Baldwin was hired by
the Randolph County S.D. in 2002 as a corrections officer and then hired as a Deputy
Sheriff in 2003. Deputy Baldwin graduated from the ILEA class 2004- 157. Deputy
Baldwin completed a 6 week training course at Von der Haus Gill Kennels where he
trained his K-9 "Felix". Deputy Baldwin has completed numerous drug, interdiction, and
firearms classes. Deputy Baldwin is also a member of the White River Twp. Fire Dept.
Deputy Sheriff Scott Hensley, Randolph County Sheriff's Dept.
Sgt. Chad Puterbaugh, Union City Police Dept. has worked for Union City since April
2004. Sgt Puterbaugh previously worked for Randolph County Sheriffs Dept as a reserve for
two years. Sgt Puterbaugh was hired full-time in August 2005. Sgt Puterbaugh graduated
from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in June 2006 and from K9 School in October
2006. Sgt Puterbaugh and PSD "Neko" have made numerous narcotic arrests. Neko is
trained to alert to the presence of illegal narcotics, trained in searching for hidden suspects
and trained to subdue non-compliant persons. Sgt Puterbaugh is also a certified FTO
Deputy Marshal Henry Branscum, Farmland Police Dept.
Deputy Marshal Branscum is also a member of the Ward Twp. Fire Dept.
Patrolman Brandon Barndollar, Winchester Police Dept. is a graduate of Winchester High School
and a 2006 graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy . Officer Barndollar has been a full
time officer for WPD for close to two years. During this time, Officer Barndollar was assigned the
department's canine handler. Before that he had been a Deputy Town Marshal for the Town of
Farmland and a Jail Officer for the Randolph County Sheriff's Department. Officer Barndollar is a
Volunteer Firefighter for the Winchester Fire Department and a non-active member of the Farmland
Volunteer Fire Department.
